14 Day Cooling-Off Period:
You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return your order for a full refund.
Goods must be unused and in the original packaging and resaleable.
A 10% restocking fee and a collection cost of £12.95 will be deducted from your refund if we arrange the collection.
You are entitled to arrange your own return shipping.

You have up to 30 days to notify us of any order issues, faulty or damaged goods.
Goods can be returned or replaced free of charge if the goods arrive damaged or faulty, or if the incorrect goods have been sent.
