14 Day Cooling-Off Period:
You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return your order for a full refund.

A 10% restocking fee and any collection costs will be deducted from your refund.

Goods can be returned or replaced free of charge if the goods arrive damaged or faulty, or if the incorrect goods have been sent.
All returns are subject to approval and refunds will only be issued upon receipt and after the inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds

Any due refunds will be paid back using your original payment method within 10 business days, less any restocking or shipping fees.

I'm fairly sure these guys have an employee wearing a cape and has his underpants on the outside of his lycra suit. I ordered just before noon on a Friday and was amazed to see a Royal Mail operative bringing me a box less than 23 hours later.
