14 Day Cooling-Off Period:
You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return your order for a full refund.
Goods must be unused and in the original packaging and resaleable.
A 10% restocking fee and any collection costs will be deducted from your refund.
You are entitled to arrange your own return shipping.
30 Day Returns:
You have up to 30 days to notify us of any order issues, faulty or damaged goods.
Goods can be returned or replaced free of charge if the goods arrive damaged or faulty, or if the incorrect goods have been sent.
All returns are subject to approval and refunds will only be issued upon receipt and after the inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
Any due refunds will be paid back using your original payment method within 10 business days, less any restocking or shipping fees.

I'm fairly sure these guys have an employee wearing a cape and has his underpants on the outside of his lycra suit.
